At HR Solutions, we are a real team and we all get involved with team events and support each other.
We are looking for Associate HR Consultants with a variety of skills.
The majority of our project work will focus on large scale employee relations projects, such as:
- TUPE
- Redundancy
- Change Management
- Organisational Development
We do also use Associates for more routine support, such as:
- Disciplinary Investigations/ Hearings
- Grievance Investigations/ Hearings
- Redundancy Consultations
- TUPE Consultations
