Job purpose
This is an exciting opportunity to join us during a period of growth as we develop the payroll service to a wider client base. This role will be responsible for the delivery of payroll support to clients across the UK by co-ordinating and managing the entire payroll function for all outsourced clients, acting as a company payroll expert and ‘go-to’ for our clients, as well as providing technical support and advice on matters pertaining to payroll processing. Whilst being responsible for the overall management and organisation of the payroll department, the postholder will also be required to directly deliver payroll support to a range of clients.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a demonstrable knowledge of payroll processing specifically in a payroll outsource function managing multiple client payrolls as this is a hands-on role supporting a range of clients. You will also have previous payroll management experience as you will play a vital part in the continuous development of the payroll function through helping implement new initiatives.
What we offer in return:
Salary: up to £40,000 per annum
Hours: 9.00 - 5.30 pm (40 hpw).
Location: Home or Hybrid working with occasional attendance at Kettering office
