Toni Guilford
Office Manager – FinanceBORN IN ZIMBABWE AND RAISED IN SOUTH AFRICA, TONI MOVED TO LONDON AT THE AGE OF 19.
In her early career, Toni worked as an office administrator before leaving London and moving to Leica Microsystems in Milton Keynes. There her role varied between reception duties and sales order processing, and she found that she had a natural affinity for working with numbers. Toni joined HR Solutions in 2011 as Office Manager, later becoming Business Support Manager, and then Payroll Manager when the opportunity arose in September 2013. She has undertaken multiple training courses and has acquired administrative, financial and managerial skills whilst with HR Solutions.
In her former role as Payroll Manager for over 7 years, Toni’s supervision saw the HR Solutions payroll service grow from one client at inception to now processing over sixty different payroll accounts every month. In 2019 Toni, took on the new role of our Office Manager and continues to use her numeracy and communication skills when liaising with our team, suppliers and clients.
