HR Solutions are seeking an HR Consultant to join the Client Services team in delivering first class HR support to a range of clients on a wide range of employment issues and HR projects.

Therefore, to be successful in this role you will need: to have experience at a senior level dealing with managing change programmes, developing people strategies etc; possess demonstrable knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application through best practice across a broad range of initiatives; and a high aptitude for technology. You will be the main contact for a portfolio of clients and will deliver a fully outsourced HR service from agreeing and finalising handbooks and contracts of employment to helping them develop a people strategy etc.
Salary: c. £37,500 basic plus commission (OTE £50K inc commission). Plus benefits.
Hours: 9.00 - 5.30 pm (40 hpw).
Location: Kettering with some flexibility to work from home.
