Rob self-funded his CIPD training while working long hours and changeable shifts. With his partner’s support, Rob dedicated over a year, working away from home, to gain HR experience across various locations.

Now Head of the HR Advisory and Administration teams at HR Solutions, Rob’s management background and insights from roles at companies like Gap Inc, Asda, and Morrisons, especially in operations management and the fast-paced food sector, add significant value in advising directors and managers on diverse HR issues.
